It is an executive operating system built on one idea: what has an owner has a future. Every task, relationship, and commitment carries a named owner, an acceptance, and a trust impact — so accountability is visible instead of assumed.
Complete the Getting Started interview so we can shape the workspace around your business, then add your owners and create your first tasks in the Task Queue. Assign each one and let the owner accept it.
Each teammate creates their own account at the sign-up page. One Behavior is in private beta, so there is nothing to pay right now.
Each task scores out of 100: owner assigned (25), owner accepted (25), source of truth named (20), due date set (15), and recent activity (15). Declines apply a double penalty, because an unaccepted task is an unowned task.
Assignment is not ownership. A task only becomes owned when the person accepts it, which is why acceptance, decline, and clarification requests are all recorded in the History Log.
A signed number attached to each logged event and interaction. Positive impacts come from acceptance, delivery, and follow-through; negative impacts come from declines, misses, and silence. Trust scores roll up to people and organizations.
Relief is the outcome of the chain: ownership creates discipline, discipline creates trust, and trust creates relief. The Relief Ledger tracks the burden removed from the executive by completed, owned work.
